Monica Zaugg has been working with neurodivergent, and special needs children and adults, for over 40 years. She and  some of her family members have learning disabilities, ADHD and an adult child on the autism spectrum. These experiences and her formal education give her a personal understanding of the tools needed and how to use those tools to navigate and cope in a world that struggles with neurodiversity.

Monica is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and helps with life/job coaching, independent life skills and more. She proactively uses trauma-informed, empirically based practices, such as: AIM ( Acceptance Identify and Move), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), PEAK (Promoting the Emergence of Advanced Knowledge) and the LIFE skills emergence system  (liberating, independent, foundational, and essential), and other methods to help individuals on the autism spectrum and with ADHD gain skills they need to become more independent and more confident navigating a world that seems to speak a different language. She works with each individual in areas they choose to promote their growth.
